If you want to be surprised and listen to one of a kind music, then this record is definitely the one you are looking for. Many of you out there are still not familiar with La Roux as your choice of music are probably limited to more radio friendly and popular pop stars. This record is not EDM but rather old synth music 80’s fans are familiar with. In fact, listening to the whole back feels like travelling in time go back to that era where music have melodies and lyrics are more mature and intelligent even though the context then is full of selfishness and ego.
