It doesn’t hurt to expand your musical pleasure; music is not all about pop and divas.  There are other unexplored territories like folk, ethnic, and many others.  In this album, you will discover how good some folk music if given the right treatment.  Ludovico Einaudi, the music festival director of La Notte dela Taranta just did that by producing this album and collaborated with some of the performers of this festival dedicated to curing tarantula bites in Salento, Italy.

All of the songs are in Italian but Einaudi infused the songs with Turkish and African elements resulting into a very pleasant record if mash up with EDM elements could find these songs entering club and dance hall territories.  Indeed, you can imagine stomping your feet, swaying your hips, and…
