The album title suggested that Johnny Hates Jazz would attempt to magnetized the success they achieved with their first album TURN BACK THE CLOCK where they had a number 2 song on the Billboard Hot 100 and a number 5 song on the UK charts.  But, they did not achieved it instead in this album, it was the band that was magnetized.  What does it mean?

There is this vibe in this album that they were following a certain template.  Thus, many songs here will remind you of other songs.  For example, “Eternal” seems like a track from Air Supply.  In “Goodbye Sweet Yesterday’ and “Ghost of Love,” you have songs that you might mistook as Take That track or sang by Gary Barlow and Robbie…
